I had my alterations and final fitting at Kleinfeld and honsetly it was way less stressful than I thought it would be. I was kinda nervous going in, but everything moved smoothly.

The seamstress really listened to the little things that were bothering me, pinned everything super carefully, and never made me feel rushed. My dress needed the hem, bustle, and bodice adjusted, and she explained it in normal words, not all technical stuff lol.

By my last fititng, the dress fit so good and I could actually move around in it without feeling stiff. It was pricey, yeah, but I did feel taken care of the whole time. Really happy with how it turned out.

I found so many cute dresses to choose from, and the one I got feels really well made. I’m happy with it for now, though if the quality ever drops I’d probably start shopping somewhere else...

I had a feeling this place would be organized, and my appointment just confirmed that for me. I checked in, sat down for maybe five minutes, and then they called me back right on schedule. The staff seemed to know exactly what was going on with my time slot, so nothing felt rushed or chaotic. Super easy visit overall

I expected a lot more from my appointment at Kleinfeld. My consultant was friendly, but I left feeling let down because she didn’t seem super focused on me or what I was looking for. I had to repeat my preferences a few times, which got frustrating and made the whole experience feel less special than I hoped it would. The dresses were beautiful, but the appointment felt rushed and not very personal, and that was really disappointing

I was nervous about the budget before going to Kleinfeld because I really didn’t have the patience for surprise price tags or being steered toward dresses I couldn’t afford.

Thankfully, my consultant asked for my range right away and actually stuck to it. Some dresses were definitely expensive, but at least nobody wasted my time pretending otherwise.

For the level of service and the number of options, it felt worth it. I left happy, relieved, and not annoyed about hidden costs, which was all I wanted
